EARLY INVESTMENT CASE
DE-RISK THE SITE BEFORE THE MEGAPROJECT.
The immediate objective is site control and evidence — not financing the entire ultimate precinct.
A current Phase 1 planning concept targets A$9–10 million of cornerstone capital, with approximately A$5 million used as a working land-acquisition allowance and the balance reserved for due diligence, approvals, engineering, permitted early works, working capital and contingency.
